happy birthday to: one of the funniest people i have ever met in my entire life! (seriously, i will laugh for 10 minutes before i can get out of my mouth to mark or my sisters what i am laughing at.) a wonderful mother that i try hard to be like. someone that i can cry tears of sadness with one minute and tears of laughter the next. a wonderful friend that will send her husband over to shovel my driveway when mark is out of town. (not to mention hook us up with some awesome beats headphones.;)) a girl that gives the coolest b-day presents EVER! a friend that shares my love for the finer things in life; modern family, poison, british accents.;) someone that i could talk to for hours about anything and everything and who will set me straight in the kindest of ways.=) the kind of friend you just click with the second you meet and it feels like you've known them forever. someone i can totally and completely trust with my babies. a beautiful person that most of the world isn't lucky enough to know. happy birthday to one of my greatest friends, deAnn! i love you, my girlfriend, and i will forever be grateful to miss holliday for forcing you to be the other room mom. xxox!

Awww...I've never been blogged about! Maybe this will inspire others to do so ;-)I find it hard to believe we haven't known each other for our entire lives. Thank you Miss Holiday. Just "clicked" is right! What would I do without you...the one who shares my love of sarcasm, tasteless jokes, and Little House? The one who provided my entire family, including the pets with Christmas stockings and a tree skirt from a large box in her basement that she had stashed away ("just in case the need arises.") The one who is always willing to go shopping so that I don't have to leave the comfort of my home or whose wonderful husband runs errands at 11PM. The one who, like I, prefers texting over real phone conversation. The one whose child has missed the same amount of inexcusable school days as mine has."Y'all". The one with a whole bunch of the very best sisters who welcome me and my family into the group as if we were actually related. The very best party thrower ever. Thank you for my birthday blog. You're the best friend ever.
I'm honored :-)XOXO
Oh you two!!! What a love story! ;)
Yeah, we're thinking of getting T-shirts made... That or I might make a boondoggle bracelet for her.
And DeAnn we LOVE that you and your people are now our people.
Just go ahead and make us all bracelets! :)
"don't talk about me like i'm not here.";) it's true tim, we are a regular ol' thelma and louise, (i am thelma, of course.;)) minus the murdering. but, as we learned from our matching anne taintor planners, " a real friend will help you hide the body." and that i would do...should the time ever come and i wasn't busy hiding a body of my own, of course.=)
inexcusable days, ha! (i laugh because it's funny and true.;)) and tim could most certainly be thrown in that mix.;)
If only I really knew how to Boondoggle Timberly, that bracelet would be yours. A keychain too. Maranda, now that you've joined us: I'm the Mary, You're the Rhoda.
Oh Dearest DeAnn, I hope you had the happiest!!...I do miss you on fb :( I have a ton of pictures of farm animals and noone to share them with.
Undearest Starr, don't think you can get to me by rubbing-in about Dee's gift-giving (rolling my eyes)!
Diane, you're the bestest "I've never actually met you" friend I've never really known. Hmmm did that even make sense? It sounded right in my head. I do miss my every Tuesday postcards from you. Put one in the mail like they used to do in the 80's won't you? It would be a delight to receive!
"e-card" I guess they call them, not "postcard".
awww, dee! you sound like max, "you're the best mom i've never had."=)
glad you've caught up with the times. ;)
