it's christmas! and who likes christmas more than me! oh, and the children.;) madden threw a little family christmas party last weekend that was a big hit with everyone. he decided what we should eat- lasagna with lots of meat, which meant i had to make two to have one with no meat. he also made decorations to hang up- pictures he drew all in a pale yellow so that they could barely be seen.;) he was a great host of the children's party that was held in mark's and my bedroom while the "big kids" had their own shindig downstairs chatting and re-watching the christmas episode of the office. "...you just took someone else's breath away."

we had another little funday with the babies this weekend. macie and i took the kids to see tangled, which was SO cute! it could be one of the best in the princess categories and i want the hair she had at the end.=) we then went to the sitake's for some gingerbread house building fun/drama.

happy {late, of course} birthday, my jo! or as you're known in the family, the other mother to my children.=) i miss you so terribly much. i want to punch you in the face every time i think about you not being here. i hope you know it's one of the reasons i can not have anymore babies, who will ween them?? ;) i also blame you leaving for all the problems in my life, all of us do. we are all so lost with out your loving guidance (bossiness). ;) and because you weren't here, i had to be in charge of organizing the family for the foster care giving tree program this year and guess how that went?! we miss you, please come back and teach us your hippie ways! we will all promise to eat totally organic, only have natural births, take our winterberry extract, never even think of partaking in anything with food coloring or high fructose corn syrup, go to bed at 7pm and rise at 5am, and rid our houses of any kind of tree nut.=) love you, sister! <3
